Video: 2009 BMW 7-series
July 7th 2008 11:15
German car maker BMW has released a promotional clip of the all new 5th generation 7-series saloon featuring the 730d and 750iL variants through a series static shots and the car in motion.
The video starts off with a driver taking the 730d diesel out for a spin and making sure that he doesn't close the door properly to show off what appears to be a self-closing feature for the doors.
The new CS concept inspired 7-series appears to handle the twisties with aplomb, looking rock steady with minimal body roll as it attacks the mountain passes with minimal fuss. This is then followed by a similar run in a long wheelbase version of the 750i boasting a 4.4-litre, twin-turbocharged V8. Again, the flagship saloon looks very composed for such a large and heavy car.
You will also get to see the airiness of the sizable interior and a demonstration of the headlight technology in the new Beemer. Read more about the 2009 BMW 7-series here.
