Mitsubishi Australia has announced the arrival of a special edition Outlander SUV complete with stylish, functional and safety-oriented extras. The Mitsubishi Outlander RX is strictly limited to just 300 units sold in over 200 dealerships nation-wide.
Featuring special extras such as front, rear and side air dams, chrome exterior door handles and mirrors, HID headlamps and headlamp washers, the Outlander RX also wears stylish 18-inch RAYS alloy wheels. The available colours are Black Mica and Cool Silver only.
Interior-wise, the Outlander RX gains smart key entry, bluetooth hands free phone capability, a Rockford Fosgate premium audio system and Mitsubishi Multi-Communications System with satellite navigation.
Safety features includes driver, passenger, side and curtain airbags, and reversing camera as standard. Active Stability Control with Traction Control (ASTC) system also comes as standard, with Mitsubishi’s All Wheel Control (AWC), incorporating All Terrain Technology and the Active Select 4WD system.
The Outlander RX is powered by a 3.0-litre V6 MIVEC engine mated to a six-speed automatic transmission with sports mode as standard.
