French car maker Peugeot has announced a winter sale with great offers on both petrol and HDi turbo diesel models across the 207 hatch range, 307 Touring and 407, 407 Touring and 407 Coupe.

The sale is for a limited time only and features discounts such as free rego., CTP and stamp duty across the 207 range; free auto and free premium pack (17" wheels, CD stacker, rear park assist) with a total value of $3,740 for the 307 Touring; free leather on the 407 SR & ST sedan and touring; and factory bonuses on 407 SV sedan and touring.

Peugeot 308 RC Z coupe for production in 2010

The Peugeot 308 RC Z coupe based on the 308 range has received the production green-light from the French car maker and will go on sale in early 2010 after a final production version makes an appearance at next year's Frankfurt Motor Show.

The Audi TT and Nissan 350Z rival is likely receive an updated version of the 308’s current 1.6-litre turbo engine with power boosted to around 160 kW (218 hp) as an entry-level model with higher-performance variants also expected.

Boasting a raked profile and styling with muscular bulging wheel fenders, the light-weight chassis of 1200kg gives the 308 RC Z coupe all the right ingredients to be a sporty driver's car.
